My Account
By CLICKING ON THE THREE BARS IN THE TOP LEFT HAND CORNER of the screen you can access details concerning your account ; your e-mail, User Name and Full Name.
You will also find a direct link to the Privacy Policy and the possibility to delete your account and all pertaining information.
Deleting Your account Permanently
You have the option of deleting your account with iRecord My Flock permanently. The option can be found on your Account Screen. All your records and account details will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored. Accomplishment of this request can take up to two months. If you change your decision to delete your account, please e-mail trackinfo@orange.fr within 48 hours to cancel your request.
« MY ACCOUNT » details are also directly available by clicking on the three dots on the top right corner on any screen.

Your account, INCLUDING the information you have input, can also be deleted permanently directly in the app iRecord My Flock by clicking on the “MY ACCOUNT” on the home page and then clicking on the “DELETE ACCOUNT” button.
In either case, we will maintain a record of your request and our response.
The process of deletion will commence 48 hours after receipt of your request. If the request was a User error, please contact us immediately by e-mail at trackinfo@orange.fr to cancel your request.

Votre compte, INCLUANT les informations que vous avez saisies, peut également être supprimé définitivement directement dans l'application iRecord My Flock en cliquant sur "MON COMPTE" sur la page d'accueil puis en cliquant sur le bouton "DELETE ACCOUNT". Nous vous confirmerons la réception de votre demande.
Le processus de suppression commencera 48 heures après la réception de votre demande. S'il s'agit d'une erreur de l'utilisateur, veuillez nous contacter immédiatement par courrier électronique à l'adresse trackinfo@orange.fr pour annuler votre demande.
